Camp Expansion

• Classic Adirondack setting and former camp.
• The Owner is in the process of building a log cabin residence and boat house, reminiscent of the great lodges of the Adirondack region.
• The project began with a Master Plan of the property to locate the main residence, boathouse and guest house, while preserving many of the natural features, trees, view sheds, and rock out croppings.
• The property would be developed in phases requiring careful planning to sequence the work, install the new utilities, and maintain two existing cabins on the property that would remain active during construction.
