Salvation Army Women's Shelter
  • Site work related to the renovation of an existing apartment building.
  • Responsible for developing site schematic options for review and approval. The final schematic site plan included in the initial funding application.
  • Preliminary design includes storm water management, parking, sidewalks, fencing, private outdoor garden/sitting areas, porous paver patio, and landscaping.
  • Required preliminary coordination with City Engineering regarding storm water management and other code requirements.
Butternut Crossing
  • Site work related to renovation and new construction for multiple residential dwelling unites at seven parcel locations.
  • Responsible for developing site schematic options for review and approval. Based on site conditions, schematic plans were advanced to design development for preliminary City review (City Fire Department) and for estimating purposes. Final schematic site plans included in the initial funding application.
  • Preliminary design includes grading, drainage, storm water management, retaining walls, fencing, parking, sidewalks, and landscaping.
  • Required preliminary coordination with City Engineering regarding storm water management, City Fire Department, and other code requirements.
2015 Salina Crossing
  • Site work related to renovation and new construction of multiple residential/mixed use units at nine parcel locations.
  • Responsible for developing several site schematic plans included in the initial funding application.
  • Prepared construction documents that included site preparation, grading, drainage, storm water management, retaining walls, fencing, parking, sidewalks, curbs, and landscaping.
  • Construction administration, including site visits with reports, submittal reviews, and job drawings.
  • Required coordination and approval with City Engineering regarding storm water management and other code requirements.
  • Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) construction inspection visits required at four locations.
