2018 Athletic Master Plan Update
- Updated the previously prepared Master Plan to provide the College with an up-to-date approach for a new athletic complex based on the continued dialogue since 2011.
- New athletic facility will serve as a home field for the College's soccer, baseball, and softball teams.
- Provided a comprehensive study and Master Plan report outlining potential design, phasing, and cost estimates.
- Final design as outlined in the report includes: 155,000 s.f. all-weather synthetic turf field with inlaid lines for baseball, softball, soccer, men's and women's lacrosse and related appurtenances, vehicular drop-off loop and connecting walkways, athletic fieldhouse with potential for expansion, permanent bleachers and press box, entry drive alignment, parking lot reconstruction, and seating walls.
2012 Athletic Master Plan
- Master planning for an Athletic Complex on a very tight site.
- Complex includes a synthetic turf surface for football, soccer, lacrosse and field hockey with overlay baseball and softball fields. Facility also to include 1,500 seat bleachers, sports lighting, concessions, team rooms, restroom facilities and storage.
- Development of a schematic master plan and multiple options to determine how the complex will best fit the site.
- Development of a 3D model upon determination of the preferred site plan option for client visualization and to assist college with marketing and fundraising opportunities.
