2022 Geneva Medical Office Building

• Site design for the development of a 36,340 GSF new medical office building located adjacent the existing Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Project planning and Site Plan Review required a zone change and subdivision plan the 22.9 acre property into two separate parcels.
• The new medical office building includes 160 paved parking spaces, on-site storm water management system (detention basins), patient drop-off loop, dumpster enclosure, storage building, wayfinding and various landscaping improvements.
• The design includes an outdoor waiting area/garden for patients and outdoor respite areas for employees.

2020 Seneca Family Health Center Additions and Renovations

• Review of zoning regulations and coordination with Code Enforcement Officer for site development.
• Prepared a detailed site plan and SEQRA for Site Plan Review.
• Site design included parking expansion, building addition, curbs, signage, lighting layout, and plantings.
• Provided an estimate of probable construction cost.

2010 Seneca Family Health

• Developed a site plan and contract documents for a new Medical Office Building located on an existing hospital campus.
• Prepared development plan for Site Plan Approval for a 1,000 s.f. building including SEQR and storm water management (SPDES), and planting plan.
• Provided weekly site inspections as part of the SPDES permit requirements.
