• Development of a phased Master Plan with various building additions and configurations.
• Evaluation of parking requirements, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, storm water management, soils, drainage, etc.
• Provided phasing scenarios and cost projections.
• Assistance with Site Plan Approval including development of mapping, plans, and graphic.
• Coordination with the Village of Hamilton.
