2022 Byrne Hollow

• Site design related to two building additions and a loading dock addition.
• Site design includes utility relocation, retaining walls, 15,000+ s.f. expansion of impervious surfacing, and modification to existing infiltration basin.

2020 Ultra Dairy Plant Expansion

• Multi-phase plant expansion including multiple building additions, stainless steel tank addition, loading dock work, parking expansion, and new entry drive.
• Development of a planting plan to complement the facility expansion.

2013 Ultra Dairy Plan Expansion

• Site design for an expansion nearly doubling the size of the facility with a 105,500 sf addition.
• Site work includes circulation and drainage improvements, parking lot expansions, concrete loading docks, and sanitary conveyance for an onsite processed waste treatment facility.
• Storm water management includes expansion of existing retention basin.

2005 New Ultra Dairy Plant

• Site design related to the state-of-the-art UHT plant located on a 20-acre site in DeWitt.
• Responsible for preparing necessary documentation for Owner to obtain site plan approval.
• Scope of work also included driveways, parking lot, loading dock, sidewalk, storm water system including storm water management, curbs and landscaping.
• A gravity sanitary system from municipal system was designed to within five feet of the new building.
