- Replacement of synthetic turf field at Penn Yan Academy stadium.
- Structural spray resurfacing of the athletic track and field events.
- Installation of permanent lacrosse netting.
- Fencing and gate replacement.
- Site work associated with a new Transportation Center.
2012 Penn Yan Academy
- Site work related to three building additions.
- Scope of services included improvements to existing bus loop and front walkway, drop-off areas, sidewalks, installation of stairs, ramps, access road, parking lot, loading dock, and retaining wall, as well as development of a courtyard area.
- Site preparation, grading, storm water management and drainage, circulation improvements, lawns and plantings.
- Preparation of site sanitary plans and sanitary analysis.
- Five new tennis courts, converting existing tennis courts into parking, and paving of the existing student parking lot.
- Site plan preparation and site work associated with playscape replacement at the elementary school and installation of visitor bleachers at the athletic facility.
2004 Capital Improvement Project
Elementary/High School Additions
- Responsible for evaluating numerous site configurations related to various additions to achieve the best solution for the school district.
- Scope of site work included: a 400 meter all-weather track, multiple grass playfields, synthetic turf playing field, circulation and parking improvements.
- Storm water management and realignment of a channelized stream.
- Subsurface irrigation system for the synthetic turf surface.
