Phase One

• 184,000 s.f. multipurpose synthetic turf field to accommodate baseball, softball, soccer, unified lacrosse, and field hockey.
• Synthetic turf field replacement at the football stadium and resurfacing of the track.
• Expansion of facility parking.
• Masonry dugouts integrated with the facility fencing and safety netting.
• Underground storm water infiltration basin for complete facility storm water management system.
• LED stadium lighting.

Phase Two

• Soccer field drainage improvements including the installation of vertical drains and perimeter storm water management trench.
• Parking expansion with drainage.
