2017 Capital Improvement Project

• Mill and top asphalt pathways around track and replace long jump pits with new ‘Sandcatcher’ style pits.
• Reconstruction of seven tennis courts and replacement of fencing.
• Improvements at the bleachers.
• New synthetic turf field within the track.
• Resurfacing of track with custom ‘Berlin Blue’ color.

• Parking improvement project.
• Parking redesign and reconstruction including the design of a planted island to serve as a storm water retention/filtering area.
• Storm water management improvements.
• Green infrastructure elements.
• Project was completed in 2013.

Middle School

• Circulation improvement project.
• Parking lot redesign to enhance circulation.
• Asphalt repair and landscaping.
