Campus Improvements

• Site work included campus roadwork, sidewalks and landscaping, Athletic Recreation Center and Maintenance Building.
• Individual sites involved steep grades/retaining walls, storm detention and comprehensive planting analysis.
• Elmcrest Spice Center (daycare/education center)- responsible for onsite storm water management with no outlet into the overloaded municipal system and site improvements including earth berm and planted screening, signage and playscape areas.
• New ADA compliant sidewalk at Casey’s Place facility.
