Middletown’s Faller Field Hosts NYS Championship Games
Congratulations to the Enlarged City School District of Middletown, who recently hosted the New York State boys’ lacrosse championships. Games were played at Faller Field, a project completed by Appel Osborne Landscape Architecture in 2009. Faller Field’s FIFA recommended football/soccer/lacrosse synthetic turf field will also host the State’s boys’ soccer championship this upcoming fall, as well as fall 2013. The athletic project also included an IAAF certified running track, which will be the venue for the boys’ and girls' track and field state championship next spring.
