Manlius Pebble Hill Students Enjoy New Courtyard

Manlius Pebble Hill School celebrated the completion of phase one of a new STEAM park that has been two years in the making.  Appel Osborne worked with the school to design a courtyard space that will promote learning, discovery, and play related to the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.  The initial phase, completed this summer, includes sidewalks, a sundial, earth clock, a central seating area, and a small amphitheater to be used for informal discussion or lecture.  Demonstration areas were also incorporated to allow for interactive outdoor classes.
