After over 30 years of dedicated service, Appel Osborne’s beloved Administrative Assistant, Lisa Canale, is beginning her well-earned next chapter—retirement.

Lisa has been the heart of our office—the first friendly face to greet you at the door and a steady source of support for every member of our team. She has been an integral part of our firm’s operations, helping with project specifications, correspondence, ensuring our team always has what they need, and countless other behind-the-scenes tasks that allow AOLA to run smoothly. She has played a crucial role in our day-to-day success.

Over the years, she has watched many of our team members grow from the earliest stages of their careers, always offering encouragement, warmth, and wisdom. As the firm and the industry evolved, so did Lisa—adapting to new technologies and responsibilities with grace and determination. Her loyalty, flexibility, and calm presence have left a lasting mark on our workplace culture.
