Appel Osborne Congratulates Two Project Managers on their Licensure

Congratulations are in order for two Appel Osborne Project Managers.  Jennie Kurtz, RLA, and Alex Belding, RLA, are officially Registered Landscape Architects in the State of New York!  They took the four-part licensing exam in the spring and recently received their credentials.  Appel Osborne is now proud to have 13 RLA’s on staff.

Jennie has been with Appel Osborne since she graduated from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in 2012 with her Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture.  She has been an instrumental part of our design team, providing critical design support to our Partners and Project Managers over the past several years.  She was also responsible for mentoring and managing our interns and incoming new designers.  Jennie has been promoted to Project Manager and has been tasked with managing her own design projects this year.

Alex is also a graduate of the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry with his Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture.  Since joining the firm in 2012, he has been responsible for design support on a wide array of projects.  In addition to drafting and color renderings, he has also produced multiple 3-D fly-through videos for our clients.  Alex recently became a Project Manager overseeing his own projects and continues to work closely with our incoming designers.
